Located in the middle of the forest but on a perfect cliff to take off, this house was named Orlič – the little eagle – by my grandmother. A photographer and nature lover, she spent her weekends here capturing the beauty of the Dolomites and many happy moments of local families. I grew up spending my holidays in these woods, and today, it still feels like home.
With the help of our neighbors, the Košir family (hosts of the nearby Alpaca’s Barn), we’ve opened Orlič to guests. We are happy to keep the house alive and warm, welcoming travelers from all over the world to this special corner of Slovenia.
